At Oerra, we are committed to providing a refined luxury fashion experience. If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are here to assist you.
Returns
We accept returns on unworn, unused items in their original condition with all tags attached and original packagingwithin 14 days of delivery.
To request a return, please contact us at info@oerra.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, detailed return instructions will be provided.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will promptly arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and carefully inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
